Project Manager / Scrum Master

1. Role Overview

The Project Manager / Scrum Master will lead the end-to-end execution of the project using Agile methodologies. The role focuses on ensuring smooth sprint delivery, removing impediments, and maintaining alignment with the project plan, scope, and objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Project Management

Develop, maintain, and monitor the overall project plan and schedule. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. Ensure compliance with project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Prepare and share periodic project status reports with stakeholders and management. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

B. Scrum / Agile Delivery

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Review / Demo Sprint Retrospective Backlog Refinement Sessions Ensure sprints are productive and focused on priority business requirements. Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. Remove blockers and risks that impact the team's ability to deliver. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

C. Team Collaboration & Leadership

Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams. Foster transparency, accountability, and team engagement. Guide, coach, and support team members in Agile practices.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

A. Core Professional Skills

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management fundamentals. Proven experience leading technology or digital transformation projects. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.

B. Certifications (Preferred/Required)

One or more of the following:

Scrum / Agile Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum Alliance Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II) - Scrum.org SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) - Scaled Agile PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)

Project Management Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

PMP (Project Management Professional) - PMI PRINCE2 Practitioner

4. Language Requirements

Fluent in Arabic (required)

Fluent in English (required)

Must be able to lead meetings, write reports, and communicate effectively in both languages.

5. Experience Level

4-8+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or scrum master roles. Experience working in software/web/ mobile development. We must fill this position urgently. Can you start immediately?
