Nair Systems, DIFC is currently looking for Project Manager - Risk Management for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Education Level Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology. Professional degree in Risk Management / Finance / Business is a plus.
• Project management experience. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc. would be added value
• Experience: 6-8 years in managing similar projects for Financial Institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop an appropriate governance structure to ensure complete execution of the risk Management related Projects.
• Manage the implementation of technology-related operational risk initiatives / systems
• Work closely with IT & Vendors to ensure proper selection criteria of Op. Risk Systems, preparation of system's BRD, data migrations and successful UAT testing and production movement.
• Work with ORM team on deployment of library enhancements into the firm's EGRC tools & systems
• Provide the required end users training on Op. Risk related systems.
• Work with IT, Information Security and Business to ensure proper review of User Access rights bank wide, and ensure proper follow up and closure of all access breaches.
• Assisting Head of Op. Risk in the preparation of related MIS, dashboards, data management and report related to Op. Risk matters.
• Provide advisory support to business units on the evaluation of IT risks and their management
• Identify and perform cause-and-effect assessments on specific IT and technology risks as requirement by line manager or stakeholders
• Ensure IT risk representation and coordination with other enterprise risk and control functions and programs
• To investigate the IT related incidents and ensure they are well investigated by the Risk Champions with a proper quality and clear action plans.
• Provide advisory support to business units on the evaluation of IT risks and their management
• Support the IT Department in the management and implementation of the operational risk framework and assist with the identification and assessment of emerging IT risks.
• Any other tasks assigned by Head of Op. Risk or his Assistant.

Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in UAE. Job Type: Full-time
