We are looking for an experienced and driven

Project Manager

to lead high-end construction and renovation projects at a prestigious resort in the

Maldives

. This is a unique opportunity to oversee luxury hospitality development in one of the world's most beautiful island destinations.

You will manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery--collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of resort construction and renovation projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers Create and manage project budgets and timelines; monitor progress closely Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards Provide leadership to onsite teams and ensure effective communication Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders Proactively resolve project-related challenges Oversee procurement of materials and services Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices
Requirements:

Minimum

3-4 years

of project management experience in hospitality, resort, or construction Proven success in managing high-value hotel or resort renovation projects Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools and software Willingness to

relocate to the Maldives

and work full-time onsite Familiarity with Maldives construction regulations is a plus
