Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and timelines, and manage changes to scope and schedule.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring goals are met.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide detailed updates to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Proven working experience (3+ years) in project management.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Experience in managing cross-functional or international teams.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
