Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Project Manager

to oversee and drive the successful execution of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

real estate development

and will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle--from inception to completion--while coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

A-to-Z execution of real estate development projects

, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards. Coordinate and align with all internal departments, including

Design, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement

, and

Operations

. Engage, negotiate, and manage relationships with

external vendors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities

. Prepare and maintain

detailed project plans

, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments. Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and resolve project-related issues efficiently. Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate key milestones to senior management. Ensure all deliverables meet

regulatory compliance

, internal quality standards, and client expectations. Facilitate approvals, permits, and documentation required for each stage of development. Optimize workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management

, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in project management within a

real estate development company

. Proven track record of delivering

residential projects

on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
