Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven

Project Manager

to lead and oversee the delivery of multiple real estate development projects from design through to handover. The ideal candidate will have

at least 12 years of experience

, a strong track record managing third-party contractors and consultants, and deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.

This is a

developer-side leadership role

focused on

project planning, coordination, execution oversight

, and ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality benchmarks -- not on-site supervision or construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of residential and commercial development projects on behalf of the developer. Manage relationships with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and progress monitoring across multiple active sites. Coordinate with design, procurement, legal, and sales teams to align execution with business objectives. Review and approve project deliverables including design drawings, BOQs, construction plans, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, building regulations, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, RERA, Trakhees, etc.). Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to timelines. Identify project risks and initiate timely corrective measures to mitigate delays or budget overruns. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred).

Minimum 12 years of experience

in real estate or construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments in the UAE. Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, permitting processes, and project governance. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.
