Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end RCM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation, collaborating with stakeholders to define clear goals. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement in RCM processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in RCM practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Must have a minimum of

2 years

of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry

(RCM, insurance, or hospital operations).

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Familiarity with RCM processes and regulations is highly desirable.

Job Requirements
