Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality milestones effectively.
Chair steering committee and stakeholder meetings and prepare detailed progress reports.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to remove delivery obstacles.
Enforce PMO standards, change control processes, and ensure proper project documentation.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) to ensure benefits realization.
Manage project acceptance, handover, and closure processes.
Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
, Information Technology, or Business Administration
.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
preferred.
Strong experience with
MS Project
and
Power BI
for tracking and reporting.
Proven ability in
stakeholder engagement and vendor management
.
Excellent
communication skills
in
Arabic and English
(both written and verbal).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
