Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly skilled

Project Manager

for a reputable Property Development and Real Estate company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring

8-12 years of experience

overseeing large-scale development or construction projects, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, execution, and cross-functional coordination. This position requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously--ensuring quality delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to timelines while aligning with the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead the full project lifecycle--from initial planning and design to execution and completion. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost estimates. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. Ensure all expenditures remain within approved budgets and financial guidelines.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, safety regulations, and government requirements. Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high construction and finishing standards. Review and approve materials, drawings, change requests, and contractor submissions.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with internal teams, consultants, investors, authorities, and external stakeholders. Secure timely approvals from relevant government bodies. Provide project progress updates, reports, and presentations to senior management. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Team Leadership & Reporting

Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, and contractors. Set performance expectations and ensure consistent progress tracking. Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting milestones, risks, and project status.

Key RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Master's degree or

PMP certification

is an added advantage.

Experience

8-12 years of solid project management experience in property development or construction. Proven success in delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects within the UAE.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of construction workflows, project scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project), and cost-control practices. Familiarity with

UAE building standards, RERA regulations, and Dubai Municipality guidelines

Soft Skills

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
