Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines.
Ensure all project expenditures remain within approved budgets.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high construction and finishing standards.
Review and approve materials, drawings, and contractor deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal departments, investors, consultants, and authorities to ensure project approvals and smooth execution.
Provide project progress updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead, mentor, and manage project teams and site engineers.
Set performance goals, review progress, and ensure accountability.
Prepare periodic reports on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling (Primavera / MS Project), and budgeting tools.
Knowledge of UAE building codes, RERA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
