Project Manager Power Distribution

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage power distribution projects including
substations, transformers, and switchgear systems
. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards for all electrical installations. Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships for electrical equipment and services. Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and project staff. Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred. Proven experience (12+ years) in power distribution, substation, transformer, and switchgear projects. Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, protection schemes. Excellent project management, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills. Familiarity with electrical standards and codes (IEC, NEC, or local regulations). Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
