Job Description

Studying

"Scope of work"

(SOW) and creating the program of work as per the signed agreement.

Issuing MR for long lead items as per the scope of work.

Oversee

Multiple

Landscape project quality and assign the construction task as per program of work "POW" to the site supervisor.

Project Manager must achieve the "

milestone/progress

payment as per given by "Construction Manager" to run the operation smoothly.

Follow up

material requisition with the project team.

Attending the

site meeting

with client/representative or consultant and always be available upon Management request call.

Every week submitting

site progress reports

to client/consultant via email and cc to Operations Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
