We Are Hiring - Site Coordinator (Swimming Pool & Landscape Projects)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to support daily site operations and coordination for swimming pool and landscape works. This role involves managing communication between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site progress.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-site activities related to landscaping, irrigation, pools, and water features.

Act as a point of contact between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Monitor work progress and assist in resolving coordination issues.

Maintain updated logs for drawings, submittals, inspection requests, and approvals.

Assist in preparing reports, material requests, and technical documentation.

Follow up on drawing approvals, material deliveries, and inspection arrangements.

Support site engineers in ensuring timely and quality execution of works.

Ensure safety procedures and site protocols are followed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Construction.

2-3 years of coordination experience in swimming pool and landscape projects.

Familiar with construction processes, site documentation, and authority procedures.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

UAE driving license preferred.
