Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to lead and implement a

high-impact Payment Gateway Implementation initiative

, orchestrating innovative solutions across payment methods, financial systems, schemes, and the latest payment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

end-to-end delivery

of complex payment gateway and payment orchestration projects. Drive implementation of

Payment Gateway, Payment Orchestrator, Merchant Portal

, along with

Clearing & Settlement processes

. Apply deep knowledge of

payment protocols

(ISO 8583, REST APIs, PCI-DSS, PCI-SSF). Collaborate with

business, operations, technology, vendors, schemes, and financial institutions

. Ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams, delivering projects

on time and on budget

. Build

scalable processes

that enhance security, compliance, and user experience. Serve as the

bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

.

Candidate Profile:

10+ years

of project management experience, with at least

5+ years in payment gateway implementation projects

. Strong expertise in

payment protocols, payment orchestration, and financial systems

. Hands-on knowledge of

tokenization, merchant onboarding, reconciliation, clearing & settlement, dispute management, and fraud prevention

. Proven ability to manage

large-scale enterprise payment implementations

. Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

. Experience with

Agile methodology

in project delivery.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification

(mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
