Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, monitor, and coordinate all ongoing projects from the head office.

Develop project plans, schedules, and workflows using MS Project or Primavera.

Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates.

Gather feedback from site engineers on ongoing projects and address challenges proactively.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, particularly with Aramco and SABIC projects.

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and approvals.

Support site teams with technical, planning, and resource requirements.

Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance across all projects.

Represent the company in negotiations, progress reviews, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (preferred).

8-10 years of proven project management experience within Aramco or SABIC projects.

Strong knowledge of substation, power, or industrial projects.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera project planning tools.

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of project execution, QA/QC, and HSE practices.

Salary Range: SAR 5,000 - 10,000 (depending on experience)
