Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage upstream oilfield development projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including drilling, reservoir, production, and HSE professionals.
Develop project execution strategies aligned with exploration and production goals.
Manage relationships with JV partners, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and procurement planning throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to international HSE standards, risk mitigation plans, and sustainability guidelines.
Provide high-level reporting to executive management and advise on key investment and development decisions.
Supervise tendering, contract awards, and performance evaluation of contractors and service providers
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.
