We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Project Manager
to lead the construction, and commissioning of a sea-based platform with integrated accommodation and associated electrical and mechanical equipment. This is a critical role in a complex, multidisciplinary project involving offshore construction, marine engineering, and systems integration.

The role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of an offshore platform construction project in line with approved documentation, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering specialists.
Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project milestones.
Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and project sponsors to ensure transparent communication and compliance with all applicable maritime and construction regulations.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery in a challenging marine environment.
Ensure all works comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, particularly those relating to offshore operations and personnel accommodation.
What you bring
Degree in MSc Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering, or Project Management, or a related discipline (Chartered status preferred)
Proven experience managing large-scale offshore construction or marine infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of offshore platform design, construction techniques, and integration of accommodation facilities.
Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in offshore environments, including power generation, HVAC, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel to on-site locations as required.
