Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of mechanical and plant piping projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
Oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Manage large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, HSE regulations, and contractual requirements.
Monitor project cost, schedule, and quality performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Review project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent.
Minimum
15 years of experience
in the
Oil & Gas industry
.
Strong expertise in
plant piping projects
.
Proven experience managing projects with a total value of
USD 350 million or more
.
Successfully executed projects involving
100,000+ Inch Dia piping
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of project controls, construction methodologies, and safety standards.
