Job Description

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation (labor, equipment).

Budget Management:

Estimate costs, control spending, and manage the budget throughout the project.

Team Leadership:

Direct and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.

Procurement:

Order supplies, manage inventory, and allocate resources efficiently.

Quality Control & Safety:

Enforce building codes, safety protocols, and quality standards; submit inspection logs.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with clients, owners, and consultants, providing progress reports and managing expectations.

Site Supervision:

Regularly visit sites to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Risk Management:

Identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jumeirah
