We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and fit-out works. The ideal candidate must have hands-on site experience and the ability to coordinate, manage, and guide the site team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise joinery and fit-out projects from start to completion.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings.
Interpret project drawings and specifications; explain technical details to engineers and supervisors.
Ensure high-quality execution of work within project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and track project reports, schedules, and material requirements.
Ensure all works are done in accordance with UAE safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of wood works, custom furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall cladding, etc.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical plans.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license is a must.
Able to join immediately or on short notice preferred.
