The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end joinery projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with design, production, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy before execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle any project-related issues promptly.
Conduct site visits to oversee installation quality, progress, and compliance with safety standards.
Identify risks or delays and implement effective corrective actions.
Ensure all work meets industry standards, company quality requirements, and project deadlines.
Manage project documentation including reports, variations, purchase orders, and handover files.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in joinery, carpentry, fit-out, or interior construction.
Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
