We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and decor projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing high-end commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.

Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, architects, and site supervisors to execute design concepts.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.

Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, and building regulations.

Requirements: -

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years + experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
