Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning, procurement, and execution to handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and materials for compliance with project requirements.
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage project documentation, variations, and change orders.
Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure smooth handover of completed works to the client, with necessary documentation and snagging completed.
