We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects in line with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Review drawings, shop drawings, and project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
Coordinate with consultants, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Manage procurement of materials, finishes, and equipment as per approved specifications.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, and project requirements.
Chair progress meetings and provide regular project status reports to management and clients.
Control project costs, review variations, and prepare necessary documentation for approvals.
Ensure timely handover of completed projects with all required close-out documents (as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
