Job title: Project Director/Manager
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in villa/apartment projects;
2. Have proven large scale housing construction projects experience with the value over 2 Billion AED;
3. Unlimited Floors certificate with Dubai Municipality in building contracting is a must;
4. Strong leadership skills to manage teams, budgets, and schedules;
5. Experience with contract management, risk assessment, and client coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
