Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in villa/apartment projects;
Have proven projects experience with the value over 2 billion AED;
Unlimited Floors certificate with Dubai Municipality in building contracting is a must;
Strong leadership skills to manage teams, budgets, and schedules;
Experience with contract management, risk assessment, and client coordination.
