The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and lead the execution of a high-profile hospitality development project based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale hotel or resort projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. o Lead end-to-end project management for a luxury hospitality development, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery. o Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with the company's goals and standards. o Oversee design development, construction, fit-out, and handover stages. o Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. o Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. o Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. o Drive project milestones and ensure timely completion in line with approved budgets and timelines.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. o 8+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years specifically in hotel or hospitality-related projects in the UAE or GCC. o Proven track record of delivering hotel/resort or other hospitality projects o Strong understanding of design coordination, construction phases, contract administration, and authority approvals. o Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Willingness to be based in Ras Al Khaimah and manage the project on-site.
