We are seeking a qualified Project Manager with an architectural background to manage the delivery of high-profile hospitality and resort projects. The successful candidate will combine strong design knowledge with proven project management expertise, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project management activities across design and construction phases. Coordinate and oversee consultants, contractors, and specialist sub-consultants to ensure design intent and quality are maintained. Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting processes. Monitor progress, risks, and resources, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards. Facilitate stakeholder communication and act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership. Oversee site works, ensuring adherence to safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required). Master's Degree in Architecture (preferred, considered an advantage). 10+ years of professional experience. Strong track record delivering hospitality, resort, or mixed-use developments. In-depth knowledge of both design processes and construction execution. Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with international operator requirements in the hospitality sector. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an architect-trained project manager with a structured and proactive approach. They should be capable of balancing design excellence with commercial and operational objectives, ensuring world-class delivery of resort and hospitality projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
