Job Description
Heilbronn is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise tower developments. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
high-rise tower projects
from mobilization to handover Develop and controlproject schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
Coordinate withconsultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance withapproved drawings, specifications, contracts, and statutory regulations
Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate project risks Overseequality control, HSE compliance, and site performance
Review and approvemethod statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work programs
Managecontractual, commercial, and claims-related matters
in coordination with QS and contracts teams Conduct regularprogress meetings
and prepare detailed management reports Ensure smoothtesting, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum10 years of experience
, with proven delivery ofhigh-rise tower projects
Strong knowledge ofUAE construction standards, authorities' approvals, and regulations
Hands-on experience managingmain contractors, MEP coordination, and vertical construction logistics
Proficient inPrimavera P6 / MS Project
, AutoCAD, and MS Office Solid understanding ofFIDIC contracts and project commercial controls
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple disciplines under high-pressure timelinesJob Type: Full-time
