Position Overview
The Project Manager role at Azizi Developments is responsible for leading high-rise construction projects from planning through handover. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high-rise construction projects from planning, execution, and completion through handover
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and cash flow to meet approved milestones
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and project specifications
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and construction sequences
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency measures
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management
• Ensure quality standards are achieved in line with contract requirements and industry best practices

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 plus years of construction experience with proven delivery of high-rise tower projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and local construction practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage complex projects under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards
