Project Manager
with a strong background inhigh-rise building projects
to oversee all phases of construction--from planning and execution to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities for high-rise projects. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Monitor quality control and resolve any technical or site-related issues. Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications. Lead and guide the site team to achieve project objectives efficiently. Report project status, risks, and financials to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum
10-15 years of experience
, with at least5 years in managing high-rise projects
in the UAE or GCC. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools, scheduling software, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Employment
