Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. Lead projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Manages a construction manager, architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists in the project and oversees their work. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Communicates with clients and consultants and delivers project progress reports. Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. Ensures that all local, state, and building codes and regulations and safety precautions in UAE are followed. Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering Professional certification such as PMP is preferred 10 years of project management experience 5 years of experience as a project manager. Has experience in high towers building Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Excellent time and project management skills

Pay: AED30,000.00 per month
