Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced

Project Manager

to independently lead and deliver

high-rise building projects (G+8 and above)

. This is a hands-on leadership role with

full ownership from site mobilization through final handover

. If you've only assisted PMs or handled partial scopes, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Take

full accountability

for project delivery: time, cost, quality, safety, and statutory approvals Lead day-to-day site execution, managing construction teams, subcontractors, and resources Plan, track, and control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and forecasts Handle client coordination, contracts administration, variations, claims, and risk management Ensure strict compliance with authority approvals, HSE regulations, and quality systems Proactively identify risks, delays, or cost overruns and implement corrective actions Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

11-15 years

total construction experience

Minimum 5 years as Project Manager

handling

high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)

Proven track record of delivering projects

from start to final handover

Strong leadership, client-facing, and commercial management skills

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
