Develop project execution plans (PEP), schedules, milestones, and procurement strategies for high-rise structures.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash-flow forecasts.
2. Construction Management
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment).
Monitor construction progress against the approved baseline program.
Ensure all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.

Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Dubai building codes.
4. Cost & Contract Management
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control cost overruns.
Review and approve contractor invoices, variations, claims, and change orders.
Administer FIDIC-based contracts (Red Book/Yellow Book), commonly used in UAE projects.
5. Quality Assurance & Safety
Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
Conduct site inspections, QA/QC audits, and review material submittals.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations; enforce safety plans for high-rise works (lifting, scaffolding, working at height, tower cranes).
6. Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular progress reports to clients, consultants, and senior management.
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with all project stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
7. Risk Management
Identify project risks (design gaps, procurement delays, safety risks) and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor high-rise-specific risks such as wind load challenges, vertical transportation logistics, and facade installation hazards.
8. Project Handover
Oversee testing & commissioning, snagging, and final inspections.
Ensure documentation completion: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and compliance certificates.
Manage final handover to the client and secure authority completion certificates.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing high-rise projects in Dubai or GCC.
Proven track record delivering towers 40+ floors is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of structural systems for high-rise buildings (RC, post-tension, raft foundations).
Proficiency in project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit (preferred).
Strong understanding of MEP systems, facade works, vertical transportation, and fire safety.
Soft Skills
