The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground utilities, drilling operations, and construction project management. You will coordinate with field crews, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HDD projects from inception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
Review plans, permits, specifications, and engineering documents.
Coordinate with drill crews, locators, subcontractors, inspectors, and utility owners.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
Prepare and manage project documentation including daily reports, change orders, and invoices.
Identify risks, troubleshoot field challenges, and implement mitigation solutions.
Ensure all projects comply with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.
Communicate project status with clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
Drive timely project completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
