Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely graduation of all program participants in line with defined timelines, processes, and milestones
  • Coordinate requirements for program completion and ensure on-time delivery across all activities
  • Partner with country People and Organization Program Champions, Learning and Development teams, and functional leaders to secure resources and support
  • Design and implement Individual Development Plans aligned with program objectives, rotation plans, and business needs
  • Assess graduate skills, capabilities, and performance to identify suitable long-term roles
  • Match graduates and UAE Nationals with appropriate roles in partnership with hiring managers and department heads
  • Monitor performance continuously, providing feedback, coaching, and targeted interventions
  • Conduct structured reviews and regular check-ins to address development gaps and support progression
  • Identify high-potential graduates and build structured talent pools for succession and key role pipelines
  • Collaborate with country People and Organization Talent Management teams to prepare graduates for future leadership roles
  • Maintain regular communication with graduates through monthly touchpoints
  • Own and manage the People and Organization headcount and budget allocated to the graduate program
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or a relevant discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with focus on talent management, graduate programs, or similar roles
  • Proven experience managing graduate trainee programs and working with early-career professionals
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent development strategies, and performance management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
