5+ years in joinery/furniture/fit-out project management
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
Strong leadership and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants & subcontractors
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality control
Deep understanding of materials, production processes, installation & HSE practices
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
UAE experience required with valid driving license and car

Minimum of 5 years work experience in joinery / fit out in a well-established organization in a similar position (at least 2 years of it in UAE).
