10-15 years of proven experience
in water pipeline construction and infrastructure projects within the UAE, with strong knowledge of local authorities' standards and regulations. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, execution, and completion of water pipeline projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities (DEWA, FEWA, ADSSC, municipalities, etc.) to ensure approvals and compliance.
Prepare project budgets, schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical specifications.
Lead project teams and subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues on site.
Monitor risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Review project designs, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.
Ensure proper documentation, contract management, and client communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10-15 years of experience
in water pipeline projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, pumping stations, and related infrastructure.
Familiar with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and project approval processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
