Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion. Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of results. Recruit, train, and manage a team of shoppers. Design survey shopping questionnaires and evaluation criteria tailored to client needs. Conduct quality checks on collected data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analyze survey shopping results and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in survey shopping methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in market research or survey shopping. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho, and project management softwares. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations. Knowledge of survey shopping tools and methodologies.
