Final Fit-Out & HandoverWe are seeking an experienced
Project Manager - Fit-Out
to lead thefinal-stage finishing works
of aKimpton luxury lifestyle hotel project
in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely handover in line with brand and authority requirements.Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver the
final fit-out phase
of the hotel project Coordinate and supervisefit-out contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Control projectschedule, quality, cost, and HSE
Liaise with theClient, Kimpton Hotel Management, Consultants, and Supervision Team
Ensure compliance withKimpton brand standards
, approved drawings, and specifications Managematerials, mock-ups, samples, and inspections
Leadsnagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover
Manage close-out documentation includingas-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties
Ensure compliance withDubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and local authority regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
10+ years
of construction experience, including5+ years in hotel fit-out projects
Proven experience delivering5-star or luxury boutique hotel projects
Experience withKimpton or similar luxury lifestyle hotel brands
is an advantage Strong knowledge offit-out works and FF&E coordination
Familiar withUAE construction regulations and authority approvals
Proficient inPrimavera P6 or MS Project
Strong leadership and communication skills Fluent inEnglish
(Arabic is a plus)Employment Type
