Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within finance operations. Ensure all projects comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors for project-related matters. Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
Ad-hoc Initiatives
Manage various ad-hoc finance projects, including system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and compliance initiatives. Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Timely and successful implementation of One VGS and other system initiatives.
Achievement of project milestones within budget and timeline.
Reduction in manual processes and improvement in operational efficiency.
Compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Minimum experience
5-8 years of experience in project management within finance or system implementation.
Proven track record of managing ERP or finance system projects (SAP, Oracle, One VGS).
