Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of Managerial Role in FM experience in Qatar (mandatory) (Project Manager or Facility Manager) Engineering Background with UPDA C and Above Must hold a PMP and or CFM Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems, BMS, and General MEP maintenance Demonstrated success in managing complex FM contracts Skilled in budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and project plans Engineering degree required (Mechanical/Electrical/MEP) Driving License + Valid NOC required Ready for immediate joining - Short Notice Period
