Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in FM within Qatar
(mandatory) - as a Project Manager or Facility ManagerEngineering background
withUPDA C and above
Must hold PMP and/or CFM certification
Strong expertise inHVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems, BMS, and general MEP maintenance
Proven track record inmanaging complex FM contracts
Skilled inbudgeting, cost control, and procurement coordination
Ability toprepare technical reports, proposals, and detailed project plans
Bachelor's Degree inMechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
Valid Qatar Driving License

Lead end-to-end FM project operations across multiple sites Manage client relations and ensure all contract deliverables are met Drive improvements in
quality, safety, and operational performance
Monitor manpower allocation, workflows, and daily site progress Ensure adherence toQHSE standards
and company policies Oversee technical teams and coordinate site activities effectivelyPackage
QAR 12,000 + Other Benefits as per Qatar Labour Law
