We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in the

exhibition industry

to oversee and manage exhibition projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute exhibition projects from initial brief to final handover. Coordinate with clients, designers, production, logistics, and installation teams. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee fabrication and on-site installation to ensure design accuracy and quality. Maintain effective communication with clients to manage expectations and approvals. Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure all materials, stand designs, and executions comply with event regulations and venue guidelines. Supervise on-site activities during build-up and dismantling. Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

project management within the exhibition industry

. Strong knowledge of exhibition stand production, materials, and design processes. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Bachelor's degree preferred. UAE driving license preferred.
