Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the exhibitions and events field; applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Plan and execute exhibition projects and events, managing all aspects from concept
development to final delivery.

Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and key
milestones.

Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition platforms, ensuring
adherence to specifications and safety standards.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring
clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project strategies. Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive
project environment.

Budget & Cost Management

Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to client budget constraints.

Logistics & On-Site Management

Coordinate logistics, including transportation, installation, and dismantling of exhibition
materials.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure flawless execution. Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth
operations.

Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation

Track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to stay within scope, timeline, and
budget.

Use project management tools to document milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback to assess project success and
identify areas for improvement.

Industry Trends & Professional Development

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in exhibition
design and event management.

Attend industry workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and
knowledge.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
