Budget Finalization: Finalize budget details with the client following management approval.
Client Confirmation: Obtain the LPO and official confirmation from the client before commencing project preparations/setup.
Artwork and Design Approvals: Coordinate with the client to obtain written approvals for final artworks and designs.
Team Formation: Formulate an in-house and freelancer team (where necessary), create the shift schedule, subject to initial approval from the Head of Events and final approval from management.
Project Briefing: Brief the assigned project team in advance, ensuring clarity on job tasks and responsibilities.
Deliverables Finalization: Finalize project deliverables with the production manager and senior operations officer.
Technical Drawings: Coordinate with the Head of Events to finalize and share technical drawings for review.
Production Supervision: Supervise the production process in collaboration with the Production Manager.
Permits Acquisition: Ensure all necessary event and access permits are obtained.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety measures on-site.
Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project buildup and execution.
