Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO), specializing in real estate developments including private villas and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in project management with part of that in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates with an architectural background.

The Project Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of the entire project lifecycle--from initial concept and feasibility through design, execution, and turnkey delivery. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage real estate projects from initial concept through design, execution, and turnkey delivery. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines and cost targets. Coordinate with clients throughout all project phases to ensure alignment with their expectations and satisfaction. Communicate and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with regulations and approval processes of Dubai's authorities. Identify project risks and issues early, and implement effective mitigation and resolution strategies. Monitor project progress, quality, and performance using appropriate tools and reporting mechanisms. Control project costs and manage resources efficiently to ensure financial targets are met. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of total experience, including 4+ years in project management and experience in Dubai. Proven ability to manage complex real estate projects across all phases. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools; PMP certification is preferred. Thorough knowledge of regulations and approval processes of Dubai's authorities. Preferred: Architectural Engineering background.
