Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to join a well-established engineering consultancy in Al Ain. The role involves managing architectural and engineering projects from concept through design, authority approvals, tendering, and construction coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience delivering projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required. Act as the main point of contact with clients, authorities, contractors, and consultants. Manage authority submissions and approvals (ADM, DMT, Civil Defense, utilities, etc.). Review design deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and constructability. Support tendering activities, technical evaluations, and coordination during construction stages. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and clients. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

8-12 years

of project management experience within an engineering or architectural consultancy in the UAE. Proven experience handling mixed-use, commercial, residential, institutional, and villa projects. Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval processes and local regulations. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling tools, and MS Office. PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
