Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Director (PD)

with a

proven consultancy background

and

strong CRM (Client Relationship Management) network in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

to lead and deliver major building and infrastructure projects. The PD will provide leadership, ensure compliance with project requirements, and maintain strong client relationships to secure successful outcomes and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover. Establish execution plans, monitoring systems, and risk strategies. Act as the main liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Ensure delivery meets contractual, technical, and quality standards.

Client & Relationship Management (CRM)

Leverage and expand strong existing network in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.

Maintain excellent client relationships to secure trust and repeat business.

Represent the company with professionalism in front of government and semi-government stakeholders.

Team & Resource Management

Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, and support staff. Monitor resource allocation and ensure alignment with budgets. Support team development and performance appraisals.

Technical Oversight

Review technical submissions, design coordination, and construction supervision. Resolve high-level technical challenges with experts. Ensure compliance with industry codes and local authority requirements.

Commercial & Contractual Management

Oversee claims, variations, and commercial risks. Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial performance reviews. Ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance.

Minimum Requirements

master's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. 15+ years' experience in the industry, with at least 3 years as Project Director. Strong

consultancy experience

in building & infrastructure development. Proven

CRM and strong client network in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

. Excellent leadership and ability to manage large teams. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Abu Dhabi authority approval processes. Previous work with government or semi-government clients is preferred.
