Overview

Development and implementation of processes to maximize operational efficiency and safety. Build customer relationships, solve problems, and improve services. Participation in policy development for data center solutions and infrastructure innovation. Follow-up on results, performance and quality standards. Communication and collaboration with technical teams, partners and suppliers.

Job Requirements
University degree in engineering, computer science or related disciplines (or equivalent experience). Experience working in data centers or with infrastructure solutions (e.g., networks, servers, cooling, power supplies). Good knowledge of quality management, process improvement and project management. Interpersonal skills and experience in direct customer service. Leadership skills, initiative and organizational skills.
